You might try binding your SIP traffic to a specific interface under voice service voip, then sip.

need some help resolving this problem if anyone can lend a hand I would much appreciate it.

Synopsis of the issue : I have a DID - i can dial outbound locally and long distance, I can not recieve calls on the DID. when i dial to my number i'm capturing the following error on my CCME router.

   CALL_ERROR; Avlist Set Is Failed

I suspet that the issue is with either voice translation rules or dial-peers but i'm not 100% positive as i'm rather new to VOIP / CCME.
