[cisco-voip] CCX SQL Queries Failing

So here is what my logs are showing:

SET Status='Abandoned',EndDateTime=getdate()
WHERE CiscoIdentityID = $CallQueueID

This occasionally happened on CCX 7 but now in 8 these are happening a lot more frequently and messing with our data. I am most concered about the bolded line about WFSubsystem. What does this mean? Google and the cisco support forums are drawing blanks. I can't even find many references to WFSubsystem. None of the subsystems in the services are even listed as that.
