[cisco-voip] QOS monitor tools

We have used Attachmate's NetIQ Appmanager/Vivinet along with Appcritical with success for a couple of years but I can't speak to the cost/benefit tradeoffs vs. other tools since we last looked at it years ago.

Has anyone had any experience in running NetIQ in a VMWare environment with CUCM?
