Thanks Matthew,
so in my case were i have UCCX Standard, do you think that it is possible to do these queries in our MS-SQL?
Can i make db queries with the standard version of UCCX8.0?

Best Regards
Anthony

If you do some sort of custom reporting you can have this but it is not built in. We asked about this we got CCX internally.

We wrote a custom database and sql writes into our applications so we could see this.

Hi all,
in a UCCX8.0 is it possible for an adminitrator/supervisor to be able not just to see how many calls are in a queue (which is done through the Supervisor desktop), but also to view the caller-ids of the customers in the queue?

Thanks and Kind Regards
Anthony
