[cisco-voip] transient connection attempts with v7

I can't recall if I read it somewhere or I heard about it here.
Has CCM changed how it handles phones trying to connect that are not configured?
Before we got lots and lots of transient connection attempts. Now I just get one and then a whole bunch of transient connection attempts, now we just see device type mismatches and station alerts.
Too bad, because neither of these have the IP address. Just the MAC address. Gonna be harder to track things down. Well, we have to look stuff up now.
