Subject: Re: [cisco-voip] UCCX Scripting Question

Hi All,

I’m trying to work out a way of prompting a user with: “Press option 1 to send a VM or stay on the line to continue to hold.”

So I can achieve this with either the “Get Digits” Step or the “Menu” step, however when there is nothing entered, I’m getting prompted “Are you still there” by the system prompt.

Surely there is something simple I can do to allow digits to be entered or just ignore and continue to the next step (Playing Music On Hold) without hearing from the system prompt?

Hopefully that makes sense.

Anyone able to point me in a direction for this one?

Thanks in advance!
