[cisco-voip] Cisco ATA 187 and connection plar

Hi, i have followed cisco recommendations to simulate hot line support 
for CUCM 7.1.5.
These recommendations are:
created a blank translation pattern that has a partition that is 
included only in a css that a few devices have.
This TP, has an Called Party Transform mask mask of a target DN.
So, when, one of these phones go offhook, it matches this TP and dials 
the appropriate number.
But this does not seem to work with ATA 187.
Is does nothing when picking up the phone.
Does it has to do with SIP?
Has anyone tried it before?
