[cisco-voip] Unity Conn - Voicemail ordering

You didn't specify a version, so I'm answering with version 7.
Open up the users mailbox, then click on the edit menu, then select the
"Playback Message Settings"

Half way down this page is the option "New Message Play Order"  You can have
two levels of sort.  Change the second one from newest first to Oldest
first.


This will change for a specific user.

Do you need to do this system wide?
