Hi List,

Do you know if is possible to use the E20 IP phone for ad-hoc audio
conferencing using CUCM 8.5?

In accordance to Cisco Doc is not possible:

*e.** **Conferencing and DTMF***

CUCM as well as the VCS support ad-hoc and scheduled conferences. The table
below lists some key features
