[cisco-voip] Ringtone issues

   Guys,

Did you experience the issue with phones not saving ringtone


1.       You make change on Ringtone and save

2.       You logout and login again ringtone went back to previously

3.       Done factory rest same result

4.       Tried to erase configuration and same results

Any ideas ?
