You will need to purchase an Attendant Console product. You should look at the several options available, including ARC, ANDTek, and a few others. One of the considerations is how they are using the Attendant Console today. The ARC solution has not been so much a one-to-one replacement for the old Cisco Attendant Console, so you'll definitely want to get an evaluation copy to look at for yourself. It definitely has a different look and feel.
