[cisco-voip] Call forward to specified number on specified hours

I've actually done this a few times and Lelio's advise is pretty close to
what I've done.
I typically create a TOD-PT set the schedule on the TOD-PT to appear during
the specified schedule(time period)
Create my CFwd-CSS with TOD-PT order before my normal Phones-PT and assign
it to the CFB/CFNA/CFALL CSS on the Lines your looking to forward
I then create an intercept Translation pattern in the TOD-PT to forward to
my off hour device

Example
During normal hour I have CFNA/CFB to extension 5555 in the Phone-PT
During off hours my TP of 5555 in the TOD-PT will become active within the
CFwd-CSS and the calls to 5555 will be intercepted to 5555 and go to someone
cell phone or whatever you have the TP configured to go.
