[cisco-voip] Upgrade 4.0.2a to 8.5.1

Hi All

I have a job to complete an upgrade from 4.0.2a to 8.5.1, obviously there
will be a number of steps involved but looking at the compatibility matrix
it says you can do a Direct Upgrade using DMA from 4.0.2a to 6.0.1 and
6.1.1. The only available versions of DMA are 7.1.2, 7.1.3 and 7.1.5 and the
release notes for these state that its for versions 4.1.3, 4.2.3 and 4.3.1.

So is this going to be possible and do I need an older version of DMA or has
the compatibility matrix got a typo.

Anyone done a similar upgrade from 4.0.2a.?
