[cisco-voip] Upgrade 4.0.2a to 8.5.1

Ok, well we can try this first by running it up in a vmware and then
upgrading then taking a backup, I just completed a 4.2.3 to 7.1.5,then to
8.5.1 using this method and it worked a treat with no issues.
