[cisco-voip] Cisco Mobile for iPhone with AnyConnect VPN

Bug ID CSCto50963 was identified to be the cause of this issue.  The ASA
running 8.4.1 code is not translating the SIP invite properly.  Only
workaround is to downgrade to 8.3 code currently.
