The AXL WSDL has always carried a lot of baggage in the past, the AXLSQL toolkit should include some 'corrected' Proxy code for .Net and Java that you can use.

I've updated some tables on the Presence server in the past using AXLSQL updates, works exactly the same as UCM (once you get the AXL interface to work ;)

Note: You may need to set the AXL Schema version when working with Version 8.0 and above, and make sure the target namespace is set accordingly. This is documented here:

The developer community and documentation is severely lacking in consuming the wsdl file.    I assume it would be similar to the one for CUCM but it keeps giving me an error.
