[cisco-voip] 7962 template with CUCM 4.2(3)Sr4b

Hi guys,

  I have seen some posts online about this but don't seem to see if there is a resolution.  We have some 7962 phones with 2 7915 expansion modules.  We are currently running CUCM 4.2(3)Sr4b and should be upgrading to 8.X in the next few months.  According to the datasheet on the 7962, there should be a total of 42 buttons available for the 7962 in this CUCM version provided the phones use the correct firmware.  However, only 34 buttons show in the phone template like it would be with 2 7914 expansion modules instead of 2 7915 expansion modules.  Any idea if this will be fixed in firmware or something I just have to deal with until we upgrade?
