[cisco-voip] Incoming calls from PBX to CUCM 7.1 not complete

Hi all,
 
I have CUCM 7.1 and 4 PBX connected with CUCM as H.323 GW
 
3 PBX working well for calls between IP Phones and Analog Phones
 
the Fourth one : I can Call analog phones from IP Phones ..... but from analog phones I can't call IP Phones ....???
 
what is the problem
 
Is there any way to debug call that inbound or outbound from CUCM to be sure that the problem isn't from my side ....????
