Regardless of what the FXO or cisco can do. The PSTN line is a single line, once a call is on it the line is busy.

Hi Expert,
I have a small situation, I have a PSTN line (1234567) connected to my FXO port, and PLAR configured on it, so that when the 1234567 is dial from outside, it will automatically be routed to extension 111, it works prettly well, but my client wants a sitation where many users can call the line and it will be routed to different extension inside without giving a busy tone, below are my questions.

- Can the FXO port allow simultaneus call through?
-What need to be done on the FXO port (or dial peers) that will ensure this?
-Do I need the PSTN provider to configure the line for multiple calls, or I can achieve this without them?
-Whats do I need to configure on my router (gateway) to achief this?

Cheers,
