[cisco-voip] Feedback on JTAPI feature changes in UCM 8 and impact on UCCx 8+

Hi Bill,

This was NOT something I had picked up on, and it does stink. Thanks
for pointing it out. I have several  call centers that use shared
lines for some of the same reasons you've stated. For the most part
they are not doing live monitoring or workflow based recording,
however this makes me nervous that there could be other consequences.
