[cisco-voip] MOH Audio Source changed - what do i have to restart?

So I just changed my audio sources on my streams to an existing audio
file that was in use by one stream (now it's the same for all my
streams). However when I now put someone on hold (both internally and
externally), no music plays.
Do I need to restart a service, or the phone, or the CUCM server or all
of the above?
