[cisco-voip] no audio for 10 seconds

It's 100% Cisco.  

I should have an update sometime Monday or Tuesday after we have a chance to observe the impact of the changes we made last night.

This is a really long shot but do you happen to have any Juniper SRX series gateways in your environment that your RTP traffic passes through?

(ignore the "2 seconds" bit -- we've observed audio blackouts of varying durations caused by this.)
