Following up,

Digging around in a backup from prior to the switch switch seems to be
fruitful.

*OWP-CER-1_CER_CERDB.tar has files under common/drf/cerdb/*.csv

CERERL.csv and CERSwitchPort.csv

Together looks like this information is recoverable from them.
