[cisco-voip] CER switchport info..

Yeah i didn't realize a R-E and R+E were different things. Even if
someone had checked with me before rolling out a new model, I would
have probably overlooked it =( Looks like i'm upgrading to 8.6 sooner
than I anticipated.
