[cisco-voip] resetting SNMP variable

Anyone know how to reset the following SNMP variable: (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.8 cpmActiveDS0sHighWaterMark). 

I tried a reset counters but it didn't work. I'd rather not have to restart the router if at all possible.
