[cisco-voip] IP Phone service problem

Hi Ryan,

I was getting a lot of error on the event viewer of the UCCX for
DirAccessSynSvr process and I could not start the CAD application on my
laptop. I did a reinstall of the OS and the UCCX application. After that
the IPPA service started working on my phone.
