[cisco-voip] 7921s Not Reconnecting after reentering coverage area

This has just started to pop up, users have 7921s, walk out of the building with the phones in hand, lose coverage expectedly, but when they return the phone doesn't reconnect, only works after a reboot. We had 1 and I said just RMA it, we have SmartNET on all the wireless phones so it's simple and easy but now I am hearing about it again on other phones now.
Has anyone encountered this?
