Sources tell me this is tracked by:
CSCtl86300 CSD stops responding when team is selected.
CSCtl13069 Calabrio port settings retained in the LDAP data on a W1 upgraded setup
CSCtq75791 UCCX 8.5(1) SU1 CAD agents cannot change state.

I wish this could get updated for UCCX 8.5, port 59201 is not on the Port Utilization Guide for Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, Release 8.5(1).
What port replaced 59201 that would cause the Agent to disappear from CSD when using UCCX 8.5(1)SU2? Works fine in the LAN, however we are testing a new VPN Client and it appears the ports are blocked as the Agent keeps disappearing from Supervisor.
