[cisco-voip] IPCC CAD agent question---

Hi all -

 

There is a setting in IPCC's CAD agent that can be changed to display
the call time in minutes and seconds instead of just the default seconds
-

 

I've done it before, but have forgotten what file to edit? 

I think it's an .ini file that must be changed...
