[cisco-voip] CUPC 8.5(1) and Remove from Conference Grayed out?

In either Softphone Mode or Desktop Phone Control Mode I'm unable to "Remove from Conference" it shows Grayed out.. I can join calls, but once in a Conference I am unable to remove anyone using CUPC 8.5(1). In Desktop Phone Control mode I can use the 7965 phone to remove conference participants, but not the CUPC software.
