[cisco-voip] RES: Softkey Template under Device Pool

Indeed that documentation seems to be wrong.. or Softkey option is
Hidden!!! lol

I do see Sofkey option  here on a CCM 4.x, so maybe they forgot to do a
revision on these guides...
