[cisco-voip] ip phone agent issue

FYI…we resolved by restarting the CCX Engine.

We have a single agent unable to change state. When trying to go from not ready to ready we see the following error:
“Cannot change agent state because the phone is out of service”
I’m not as familiar with IP Phone agent as I am with CAD.
This is version 8.0
Any ideas?
