[cisco-voip] External Caller ID from different DID blocks..

Good point on troubleshooting.. Subsequent clusters i've setup all have that
set as well for this same reason, so it would be nice to have them all
consistent as well.

I'll have to mull this one over a pint or two this evening ;)
