Another benefit of using the external calling party number mask - that’s what it’s meant for.

The other options are workarounds. Later on down the road when you have to implement yet another unexpected change, old workarounds are never fun to run into.

Good point on troubleshooting.. Subsequent clusters i've setup all have that set as well for this same reason, so it would be nice to have them all consistent as well.

I'll have to mull this one over a pint or two this evening ;)
