[cisco-voip] Cisco AS5400XM

These days there may not be a compelling reason.  Several years ago there was no channelized DS3 module for the ISR that would support 27 PRI's for SIP/PRI termination. Does a module like that exist for the ISR Gen2?  As for an AS5400 with 8xT1 ports, there are definitely other options.
