[cisco-voip] Subscriber Address Changes

I'm currently working up a plan to Migrate 50% of our CUCM infrastructure
into UCS.
Unfortunately, This requires 100% of my infrastructure to be located in the
same building for several months.  This is bad, since a single outage
(Power, or network) can wipe out my 7 buildings, and we have bad winters in
this area with frequent power outages.

How hard is it to change the subscriber address on
Cisco Emergency Responder 8.x (I think I've done this before, and I think it
was very easy)
