use the custom load configuration option in phone config page.

that way only certain phones get the load and not all phones.

I opened a TAC case where they provided SCCP45.9-2-1ES1S with a fix.
 
Pushing SCCP45.9-2-1ES1S  makes me nervous as we have 158 phones I don’t want to break with a new bug.
 
Any thoughts?
