[cisco-voip] Monitor Two VM boxes/extensions

Can't remember when it was introduced, but CallManager now has call forward override. If ext A is FWD to ext B, ext B can call ext A and forwarding is bypassed. 

I wish it was implemented like pick groups, but I guess we have to take what we get.
