[cisco-voip] Unity Connection 8.5 and Single Inbox not alerting on new voicemail with pop-up (Toast in System Notification area)

Rolled out Single Inbox recently and End user mentioned in Outlook they don't get the typical Toast message like with a new email.

Is there something about EWS/Exchange 2007 preventing the Toast message? Message type?

Unity Connection 8.5(1)SU2 with EWS/Exchange 2007SP1.
