Is anyone using H323 Call Preservation with IOS 15.2.1.T1 and CallManager 8.5 ?

Using any IOS commands other than the below? My first pass at this I used the commands under gateway at bottom which worked great in SRST testing after hours but during normal mode (non-SRST) I was having users complain about dropped calls, "show h323 gateway" I was seeing incrementing cause code 41 (temp failure).

CALLMANAGER SUMMARY STEPS
1. Choose Service > Service Parameters.
2. From the Service menu select Cisco Unified CallManager.
3. Click Advanced.
4. Scroll to the Clusterwide Parameter (Device -- H.323) section.
5. Set the "Allow Peer to Preserve H.323 Calls" parameter to True.
6. At the top of the screen click Update.

GATEWAY SUMMARY STEPS
!
voice service voip
h323
  call preserve limit-media-detection
!
end

THESE COMMANDS SHOULD NOT BE USED - DO NOT USE - REMOVE IF IN YOUR CONFIG
gateway
media-inactivity-criteria rtp
timer media-inactive 5
timer receive-rtp 1200

if you add the command under gateway in normal operation you might see;
show h323 gateway
 41 temporary failure (41) 73 2
