[cisco-voip] Error when logging into Extension Mobility (CCM 7.1.5)

We are getting a weird error when trying to log into EM...

Uses press Services, and select EM and get an error:

"A System Failure was found. Please contact your system administrator."

We have restarted CTI and Tomcat to no effect and there is nothing out there
on this error....


Any help would be appreciated....
