[cisco-voip] Unity Connection weird problem- Unable to leave Voice mail

Can someone please help me, I am in deep trouble right now,

One of our branch have weired problem when  external user leaving message ,
he is unable to leave message and unity start option as it wont listen the
message press 1 to send this message, press 3 to record, but when we put on
SRST it works fine,

I really appreciate of some one help me out
