[cisco-voip] user options page

Tomcats runs the ccmuser app.  that queries IMS for authentication.  Use RTMT or CLI to grab traces and take a peak:

Cisco CCMUser Web Service
    activelog tomcat/logs/ccmuser/log4j/ccmuser.log

Cisco Tomcat Security Logs
    activelog tomcat/logs/security/log4j/security*.*

You could be hitting
CSCtj50884    Tomcat - java.lang.OutOfMemoryError due to large number of RTMT requests
as it affects 8.0.3 base

For more diagnostic information try the CLI command 'utils diagnose module tomcat' and review the resulting log file.

Periodically users report an inability to log into the user options page.  Restarting tomcat resolves the issue but the user options page is the only item controlled by Tomcat which stops working.  EM, directory and admin page function normally.
 
I looked through the bug toolkit and didn’t find anything seeming to fit this description.
 
Has anyone encountered this and found a solution?
