What version SCCP load is on the ATAs, there is a caveat with the 4K buffer being able to connect after upgrading to 7x. Maybe they still have the old firmware, newer firmware has a 10K buffer. 



Workaround is reduce the number of CallManagers in the CallManager Group. Create a custom CMG for these APs with just 1 CallManager until they upgrade.

I cannot see or add the device within CUCM. 



Do I possibly need to load a device pack?
