[cisco-voip] CUBAC / CUxAC Presence and BLF Question

Neither the Presence nor the BLF seems to be working. 

In the environment in question the same issues appear. 

The following settings are used:
- shared lines between the phones and the CUPC
- the User Principal Name as the CUCM User ID
- E.164 as the users phone number whereas the phones DN is just a 5 digit number

The BLF issue is described a couple of times in the ARC forum. If I manually enter the phones Device Name per user, then the BLF is working. So I do have a workaround, but I am looking for a solution.

For the presence issue I am looking for either a workaround or a solution. I heard that there is a very similar issue in the ARC Premium. 

Any hints or troubleshooting tips to solve the problems are welcome.
