[cisco-voip] CUBAC / CUxAC Presence and BLF Question

We had the same issue with CUBAC where BLF didn't work. The cmr had E164 as the telephone number when synching CUCM via LDAP. We used the IPPhone attribute and bulk updated this field in their AD, synched users and CUBAC BLF started working correctly.
