[cisco-voip] UCCX: Agents with EM Can't login unless....

They login and out of EM? Had a couple of random people with this, this morning. This is 8.5.1SU1. Had not seen this before in 8.0.2. The error they got was the JTAPI one where it says it can't control your phone, which normally I only see if the UCCX app users in CUCM don't have access to the agent's phone.
Hoping this doesn't become a trend in the morning, albeit at least there is a workaround...
