[cisco-voip] Newbie Question

HEllo All,

We have 7940 phones on a cCCM 6.X and the soft button for Transfer  
Voicemail doesn't work.  It reads "that button is not active here"  
when you try and use it.  I have no idea where to start looking to fix  
this.

ANy help?
