[cisco-voip] Newbie Question

just upgraded?

do you have a VM profile setup?  Does it work on other phones?  has it ever
worked?  are your CSS setup correctly?  what happens if you dial the VM
pilot number?  What VM system do you have?  Do you know if it is working?

Need more info on what you have checked so far.
