[cisco-voip] gigabit to the desktop!

Only where needed right now. We are just adding a gigabit switch into the
stack (we use 3750's) where needed, mainly for researchers and some IT staff
- rather than forklift replacing. So the left over 10/100 port still gets
the phone, as long as there is a second wall jack for the PC. Our
charge-back is a few bucks more a month for a gigabit capable phone if one
is necessary.
If we ever do wide-spread upgrade we'd probably look at the 7965's and
charge an upgrade fee or something for people that want it. That gives me a
headache thinking about actually.
